Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan plans to deliver an extended speech at the Stepanakert Revival Square in Artsakh on 5 August, at 7pm, one day before the grand opening of the 7th Pan-Armenian Games in the country’s capital.
In a Facebook live video Pashinyan said his speech will focus on pan-national issues and the future activities, inviting all to the square on the day.
